Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your tee arrives incorrect, faulty, or with a sizing issue due to a production error, we'll gladly refund or send out a replacement at no extra charge and no return required. Because life's too short for courier stress.

Just get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order, either by filling out the form on our Help Centre or emailing us directly at support@thecraftygoose.com, and include:

1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Photos of the product clearly showing the problem

We'll review your request with care and get back to you within 1 to 2 business days to sort things out swiftly.

Change of Mind

Since every tee is printed especially for you the moment you order, we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind. Much like you can't unfrog a finished blanket and pretend it never happened. 😅
