How do I return an item?
Every Crafty Goose tee is made to order, just for you — so we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing guesses gone wrong. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we've got you. Use our contact form in the Help Centre or email us directly at support@thecraftygoose.com with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.
How long do I have to return an item?
Got a problem with your order? Let us know within 30 days of delivery. After that, our needles are tied. Make sure to include photo proof of the fault when you get in touch — we'll need to see it to sort it.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Because every piece is made on demand just for you, we can't offer straight swaps. If your item arrived faulty or incorrect, get in touch with a photo and we'll sort a replacement. Before you order, check our size guide
When will I receive my refund?
Once you've sent us proof of the fault, we'll review it and get back to you within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed shortly after. No need to send anything back to us — just do us a kindness and donate the faulty item to your local Goodwill or charity shop. Pass the crafty vibes on.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Oh no — that's not the welcome it deserved. Take a clear photo of the damage and email it to support@thecraftygoose.com. We'll review it and, if approved, send a replacement straight to you. As for the damaged item — no need to post it back. Pop it in a donation bag for your local charity shop in the hope it will be found for a fellow crafty goose.
Who pays for return shipping?
Since all our items are made to order, we don't accept physical returns. If your item is faulty or incorrect, just send us photo proof — no postage needed. We'll handle it from there, and you can donate the original to your local Goodwill. Easy as a granny square.
